Nicki's Diapers~Best Bottom Diaper Review and Giveaway

Welcome to the first day of the Diaper Event on Luvn Life. The first diaper is from Nicki's Diapers. We received the Strawberry Shortcake Best Bottom Diaper AI2 diaper to review.

A bit about Nicki's Diapers and the Best Bottom Diaper.

After years of experience, Nicki the owner of Nicki's Diapers created a new diaper taking the pros of all the different diapering systems and eliminated the cons. Nicki sent me 1 shell in Strawberry Shortcake, 2 stay dry inserts and 1 overnight insert to review.

I was very excited because I had not every tried a AI2 before now. The inserts were very soft and snapped into the shell with 1 snap in the front and 1 in the back. I noted that when I washed it, it took very little time to dry which I feel is very important. Once on Emma, our Best Bottom was so cute! It was a bit bulky but the absorbency is amazing.

First the dipe was used 2 hours before nap. Only the stay dry insert was used. When Emma woke up, her clothes and bed were dry. That night, we tried the overnight insert for bedtime and there was no leaking. You just have to snap the stay dry insert over top of the overnight insert. However, if you needed more protection, you can lay another insert on top of the liner. Not to mention the leg gussets that help keep all the business on the inside.

When the baby uses the dipe, just pull out the liner, wipe out the shell and pop in a new one. I don't really like having to touch the liner but the corners have been dry up to this point so I don't have to get my fingers wet.

The AI2 dips defiantly decreases the amount of laundry. If you use the shell several times before you switch, less cloth to wash on wash day. And the shell can be used as a cover on your fitteds.

Best bottom dipes are snapping diapers so they can be adjusted to fit newborn to toddler. And when they are a toddler, snaps are much harder to take off : )
